Vacation to Gatlinburg, TN

We had a great vacation last week to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. We forgot the camera, so no cute photos of Moorea to share.

Moorea told me she prayed for snow before we left and we got snow 3 days! We even hiked while it was snowing one day. Besides playing in the snow we had a great time bowling and playing mini golf. It was Moorea's first time at mini golf and she got a hole in one- by herself! She scored in the 60s both games that we bowled and she bowled without the metal rack that she usually uses.

We visited the aquarium and really enjoyed the penguins and sharks. She loved the Dixie Stampede dinner show with horses, pigs, and races. We did a nice hike one day to Laurel Falls and on other days enjoyed the Biltmore and Cades Cove.

On the way home we stopped in Knoxville to tour the campus and at Ruby Falls to see the 145- foot underground waterfall. We had a great time, but we are glad to be back home.
