6 Months Old

Moorea had her 1/2 Birthday a few weeks ago. She is scooting around the floor, but not crawling. She would much rather be walking, but that requires Mom and Dad to help her and we get tired before she does. She will no longer sleep in a crib. We had to take a matress and move it to the floor because she only wants to sleep in a big bed. Moorea is 16 pounds and 25 inches, 50% for both height and weight. She now squeals in delight and talks a lot.

Other than being such a fun kid, she is going through separation anxiety and doesn't really know what to think of strangers. Every once in awhile she will let someone else hold her, but that usually doesn't last very long before she cries.

It is official- Colin is out of the USAF. He is now Major Dad instead of Major Knapp. Lt. Col. Mom is very proud of him for passing his qualifying exams.
